poor electricity backup

Good rooms, nice balconies with a view. But there is scope for improvement. The kachcha road to enter and exit the hotel is not only extremely steep but also full of potholes, making it difficult to drive on. The hotel’s electricity keeps going off and the backup doesn’t come on automatically. With voltage fluctuation the MCB inside the rooms makes a lot of noise. When this disrupts your sleep, your next day is ruined. They should also have better options for ice creams and desserts.

The room was quite good with a great view. Hotel staff was helpful and cooperative. Food was not good. Hotel need a maintenance. In the end room cost was not worth it. Thats why e made an early check-out

Delightful experience at woodstock

My stay at woodstock hotel kasauli was absolutely delightful. The balcony from my room provided a breathtaking view of the beautiful kasauli valley, making mornings truly serene and evenings magical. Brij and abhishek were incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. They promptly arranged a cab for our sightseeing needs, ensuring our exploration of kasauli was seamless and enjoyable. The food at the hotel was also good.

Coming to your points stated , we provide one complimentary mineral water bottle daily (ro water is always available in the property) Secondly you booked your room in Wood Stock so how you can expect your stay in our another property named Hotel Wood Stock Luxury which is almost double the price range charged. Therefore i request all future guests to acknowledge that we have 2 properties on the same place, named Wood Stock & Wood Stock Luxury Please check carefully while making your booking. We always try to provide good services to our guest and a bad experience just because of some misunderstanding is abrupt and disappointing. Regards
