Pine Valley Resort | Rooms & Restaurant

We had an amazing stay .The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Best property if you are travelling with your pet. food was delicious. We highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

The approach road is poor, and under maintenance at many places. Location is ok but property is unkept and room was untidy, bedsheet and bedding was poor unhygienic. The attached washroom was dingy. Only hope was an obedient staff named mr manjeet. The electricity was off, due to some fault, and were informed that it will come in morning, so most of the stay was without electricity.

Hotel was little bit off location from kashauli Mall road approx 1hr drive to mall road from hotel. I have choosen room with breakfast but I had to pay some amount for breakfast. Room was not as per amount i paid. overall just ok

Dis is very nice and peace property for stay. Dimple is very nice guy who attend us. Must visit.

The location is offbeat. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Ample parking space, open space. Pine forest trek just behind the resort. Good homely food. Peaceful environment. Mall road is around 40 mins drive.

Everything is good but they don’t provide toiletries which is must. Overall staff and stay is very good.

Find form mmt.property is good. Amenities and food are also good . Reaching to the property is very challenging.

This was our second time here and the only reason ones comes as a repeated guest is because the first experience has been a good one. The staff is excellent especially the care taker lad names dimple. Will always meet you with a smile and would do all the chores happily and swiftly. Food is good too however the quantity is a bit of a concern. The valley is a complete silence all day long and at night you can hear peacocks and other animals too. Always fun to be here. Must visit at least once.

The property is not ready for occupancy. On arrival no paperwork was done and no identity was checked, the room was shabby and basic needs were not provided. I think mm t has not checked the property before offering to its customers. In short this was the worst experience with mm t so much so i had leave the property after 2 mts although booking was for 3 nights. I had to book a hotel at chandigarh again through mmt. I don’t know how mm t is going to compensate me both mentally and financially.

Good home food. Helpful polite staff. Staff. Clean rooms. Peaceful and green nature. Shall recommend if want to stay away from noisy city

This place is almost an hour away from kasauli's sightseeing places, although very secluded, peaceful and picturesque. We were not satisfied with many things here such as bed, blanket, lights, food etc. All the noise from outside came unfiltered inside. The only good thing was the hospitality. Rest was not worth the cost.

The rates of the resort is quit high if we compare with the amenities, the basic amenity like led was not there, no intercom facilities. The food was good i really like but the quantity is less if we compare with the rates. Overall the trip was good

Location can be easily found on Google maps. The best thing about this resort is surrounding beauty and the morning view. Swings also add to entertainment. Food available here is also good. Staff is genuine and behaviour is also good. Timely availability of room service.

The place is calm and peaceful. Food was good but didn’t like the rooms. It’s not that clean and hygeinic.

Location is awesome and offbeat, stay was comfortable and excellent but some facilities were missing or not provided properly.

Our experience for 1 day getaway from daily hectic schedule was great. The best cottages with great staff and the best food. Excellent service by mr manjeet and the owner made sure we had no problems during our stay. Would recommend it to all going towards kasauli hills. Their bonfire is a must try for all.

Property is located in between the forest and has great views. The stay was good. Even after a shortage of staff. Mr. Manjeet handled things satisfactorily.
