Good stay but staff did not compromise

Our stay was very comfortable, food was amazing and services were very good. However, the property’s location was not good, reaching there was disappointing because the route was all full of dirt and stones. Moreover, the hotel staff did not give us late checkout which was mentioned complimentary at the time if booking, we had a small baby, even then they did not agree.
