Regenta Central Noida

Very poorly maintained hotel. Its a disgrace in the name of Regenta. Bedsheet had holes, dirty bathroom, foul smell. Dont waste money on it.

Rooms were old and needed quick attention, Split Ac makes noise, Take care as it belongs to a Group. Dinner at the restaurant was very sloopy in services. breakfast any how was good

Stay was good but the location of the hotel is not good. Overall the rooms were neat and clean, staffs were good. the only concern is the location and symmetry of rooms. once you open the room you get to see full bed, but initially it should be bathroom and cupboard first .

The hotel is good at all the aspect. Food quality was good. Ambiance was also good and approach to hotel was also good.

extremely poor bathrooms, slippery and not properly managed. thankfully escaped a serious injury despite falling down. need to be very very careful if u have elders with u.

Checking experience too really time due to other guests, but the hotel should have already taken the printout and kept all the documents ready, so only they have to take the Id Card of the guest and proceed with the formalities. Similarly the AC was not working and the room had to be changed. Shouldn't be at the hotel keep their rooms in order by ensuring all electronics are working and room up keeping is there.

Hotel failed to delivered what has been shown in pictures, Bathrooms had a waterlogged and foul smell due to poor drainage. Reception staff was rude and arrogant. Kitchen used to get closed at 10.30 pm as we were in noida for National competition, we had requested for mid night meal but then they refused to provide it. Food quality was average, asked price of food was quite high as that of 4 star hotel.

Extremely disappointing experience. There was no one available to help with parking, and they only have space for about four cars. When I asked for assistance, I was simply told to “park on the road” or “somewhere around,” but no staff came to help. The room’s bathroom had severe water logging, and the drain hadn’t been cleaned. There was barely an inch of space between the western commode and the front wall—completely uncomfortable. After 11 PM, no one answers calls at reception. The water in the bathroom had a foul smell. Breakfast was very basic—on par with a low-budget 1-star homestay. I strongly recommend choosing another property nearby instead.

Mostly I stayed there But this time experience was wrost Manager not talking quite politely He has no dealing experience and not stood at his words No wifi connected in TV no mini bar working at room No Access key is working in room no. 512

Our stay at Regenta was highly unsatisfactory. Despite being advertised as a premium hotel, the facilities and service were well below standard. The linen was unclean, the air conditioning was not functioning, and the staff was unprofessional. Having booked via MMT after a long day of travel, we expected comfort—not rooms that resembled low-budget accommodations. This property does not offer value for money.

My recent stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, things started going downhill. The check-in process was painfully slow, with untrained staff who seemed confused and uninterested in helping guests. After finally getting to my room, I was shocked to find it in such poor condition — dirty floors, stained bedsheets, a leaking bathroom faucet, and a persistent foul odor that just wouldn’t go away. Despite raising multiple complaints at the front desk, no one took any meaningful action. Housekeeping was inconsistent and careless — they often skipped cleaning altogether, and when they did come, it was just a quick, superficial job. The air conditioning barely worked, making it extremely uncomfortable at night. To make matters worse, the food served at their in-house restaurant was cold, overpriced, and completely lacking in taste or quality. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff — completely indifferent, as if they were doing me a favor by even listening. Basic amenities that are standard in any decent hotel — like Wi-Fi, hot water, and room service — were either unavailable or unreliable. Overall, this place is mismanaged and does not deserve the rating it advertises. It felt like a money trap with zero value for what they charge. I regret booking this hotel and strongly advise others to stay away. Spend your money somewhere that actually respects its guests.

The condition of the room is extremely disappointing. It was not clean upon arrival, with visible dust, stains, and an overall lack of maintenance. The furniture appears worn out, and the bedding does not seem fresh or properly laundered. The overall ambiance of the room is far below acceptable standards, making the stay very uncomfortable from the beginning. To make matters worse, the air conditioning is not functioning at all. Despite repeated attempts to adjust the settings, there is no cooling, which has made the room unbearably hot and stuffy. This issue is especially frustrating given the warm weather, and it significantly affects the ability to rest or relax. Immediate attention and resolution are required to make the stay even remotely tolerable. I need a refund

Overall a good and comfortable stay. Room has all basic facilities. Bathroom has dental kit and toiletries.They provide RO water in bottles on demand. But room has only AC no fan. That is strange. Staff is polite and helpful. Twice during our 4 nights stay housekeeping came to ask for room cleaning. Restaurant menu is rather limited. Breakfast spread is reasonable for this price range. It is good for business or work related stay.

Not good property to book, room cleanlines are not upto mark, ac not working. Will not recommend any one to stay

i chose to stay at this hotel because of its well-known brand name, expecting a high level of service and comfort. unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. while the property itself looked nice on the outside, the room was not up to standard — it felt dated and wasn’t as clean as i’d expect from a reputable chain. amenities like wifi is slow and unreliable, and the air conditioning barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable. overall, i was extremely disappointed with my stay here. this hotel did not live up to the brand’s reputation, and i would think twice before staying here again.
