I booked this hotel for 3 days, and on the third day, there was no electricity at for more than 6 Hours between 4 PM to 10 PM. Yes, you read that right – a complete blackout with no alternate arrangements provided. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any hotel. While the staff tried their best, the real responsibility with the management. It’s shocking that a reputed property like Royal Orchid Central Pune could allow guests to suffer such basic failures. Definitely not worth the stay.

We booked 1 room for 3 people (prebooked 2-3 days before reaching Pune), but hotel didn't provide extra bedding, neither they enquire our comfort. Hotel promises limited Menu at night, we checked-in at 11:15 or 11.30 night or so, Eventhough it's called 4 star, they had only Biryani and Daal-Khichdi in menu. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. Bathroom had only 1 floor-wipe towel which is not sufficient if the floor gets completely wet. For 3 people, only one set of disposable chappal set was present. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

I stayed at the Royal Orchid Central, Kalyani Nagar Pune. Located close to metro with access to Camp, Viman Nagar and other iconic places through auto and cabs.. Room was spacious and clean with courteous Front office and F&B staff. Pool and gym was clean too Breakfast wasn't the greatest, that was the only thing not good about the property. Would love to stay in the group's other properties in future
