Room service & cleanliness is good Location is good

Very poor quality of room with lots of cockroaches in room, in washroom, tv unit & wardrobe. Poorly maintained property. Food quality of resturant was also pathetic

Had a pleasant stay at Vosiv suites, Kalyani Nagar. Rooms are big enough, neat and clean. The staff is courteous too. Overall a wonderful experience.

I have been staying at this property since 2022, and my stay here is usually for a minimum of 4–5 days each month. I work in the corporate sector. Earlier, the local staff used to be good, but now the outside staff’s behavior is not proper. They don’t even understand simple Hindi and behave rudely with customers. Earlier, corporate guests and families used to stay here, and the environment was good, but now mostly couples come here, so the overall atmosphere has changed.

Staff was untrained though polite .. On 30 night desk incharge was on our head to make the payments of good etc though our stay was till 3 October.. we paid but again came to ask for one left over bill ... very disgusting feeling ...

The Stay was Good, even the Staff was good, just they need to develop the entrance to the Hotel. It's kind of hidden the easement way was not maintained so it just makes the customer little agitated as they couldn't drive their Vehicle in the Hotel premises.

Overall fine, size of room is good. Bathroom is below average, sleep quality just ok.

The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable

The property is excellent. The highlight is the high level of privacy they provide. The food is delicious and the staff are very cooperative and well-mannered. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I had booked 2 rooms for my family. when we reached around 9.30 pm the receptionist informed us that only one room was booked under my name. But the receptionist was very helpful and found out that the other room was booked under MMT name and not my name...weird but we got through. Rooms were decent. Staff very good and friendly. toilets can be improved. flush was not working well.. they could provide a few directions regarding use of hot water and stuff...rest all ok .. breakfast we feel should start at 7 and not 8 am. The property is in prime location. The place is excellent and very clean the surrounding is quiet so feels very exuberant. The rooms are spacious and well bedded and ample room eminities which makes the stay very comfortable. The washroom are huge could get bathtub installed which would be extremely beneficial. The food is average you could order from outside but have to go pick up the food which is a minus as their food is not up to the mark quality and quantity wise. The issue is with call if there is any cannot get help from the hotel or Make my Trip for early check in etc because they will not help with anything until check in time i.e 11 am. Rest all good once you are here.

Had bed bugs in the bed would not suggest to anyone to stay

Images shown in the site vs actual room conditions are exactly opposite. Day before i stayed in mag-nus nexstar and my experience thr was good hence i booked this. Furniture and cloths are very old in rooms. Looks like they have not washed it properly.
