I had booked 2 rooms for my family. when we reached around 9.30 pm the receptionist informed us that only one room was booked under my name. But the receptionist was very helpful and found out that the other room was booked under MMT name and not my name...weird but we got through. Rooms were decent. Staff very good and friendly. toilets can be improved. flush was not working well.. they could provide a few directions regarding use of hot water and stuff...rest all ok .. breakfast we feel should start at 7 and not 8 am. The property is in prime location. The place is excellent and very clean the surrounding is quiet so feels very exuberant. The rooms are spacious and well bedded and ample room eminities which makes the stay very comfortable. The washroom are huge could get bathtub installed which would be extremely beneficial. The food is average you could order from outside but have to go pick up the food which is a minus as their food is not up to the mark quality and quantity wise. The issue is with call if there is any cannot get help from the hotel or Make my Trip for early check in etc because they will not help with anything until check in time i.e 11 am. Rest all good once you are here.

Images shown in the site vs actual room conditions are exactly opposite. Day before i stayed in mag-nus nexstar and my experience thr was good hence i booked this. Furniture and cloths are very old in rooms. Looks like they have not washed it properly.

The room assigned to us firstly had no proper working AC , so we had to request them to range our room. Once the room was changed we found that the bucket was not clean it had all brown layer , it was mentioned about dryer and iron facility but nothing was provided. the hotel did not even provide the tooth kit to us. The bedsheet was sticking and the drawer was broken. I had a worst experience, should not mention false facilities and amenities of the hotel without confirmation from the hotel. Arrange me a call and compensation
