Good experience friendly staff

Excellent stay with great staff and good food. My family was well cared for and everything was taken care of pretty well, including cleanliness in both the apartment as well as the property in general. The bed mattresses were a bit hard and caused minor discomfort, but apart from that, nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend Ornate Service Apartments as a good choice for a visit and stay, regardless of individual or family travels.

Stayed in a 2BHK apartment for a short vacation. It was a good experience overall — the rooms were neat and clean, with AC available in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi was provided and worked well, and basic toiletries were also available. The only drawback was the lift — it’s quite small. If your apartment is on the fourth floor, you might need to use the stairs occasionally. That said, it's a good stay in this price range and offers solid value for short-term visitors.

The property's location, amenities and services were good but the food service was not what we expected. Us being pure vegetarians (not eating onion and garlic) didn't find the food up to the point, there should be separate services considering the upper circumstances.

Rooms were clean & had everything I needed. Cook was really good & gave hot meals.

Comfortable stay without any issues. Clean room, friendly staff, smooth check-in and prompt service. It was a 2bhk room. I stayed there with 3 adults and an infant. Car parking was available at the premises. Though limited breakfast option. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to others.

Basic toiletries were not provided, dirty sheets, towels and pillow covers, lizards in the room, denied dinner 2 days in a row because cooking chicken for just 1 person is too much of an inconvenience, horrible experience

It was a good accommodation experience. The staff was cordial and the fresh home cooked food was worth it. However, few things could be improved: 1. There should be intercom service in apartments to connect to reception. 2. The bathrooms should have hooks to hang clothes and soap dish to keep soap. 3. There should be at least four dining chairs. 4. The bed creaks and sofa could be better too. 5. During rainy season, there could be mosquito and flies repellent machine kept in the restaurant. Overall, it was a smooth experience and even the location is good. The fence at the restaurant is beautiful for making memories. Thank you ornate, for a comfortable stay.

Perfect hotel for very comfortable to unwind after a hard day. Clean rooms. Bathrooms are actually spacious rooms. Very quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood. Very co-operative staff. They serve perfect home like indian veg food
