If only I could rate this place in negative. As I am allergic to smoke, I usually look for non-smoking rooms. I was informed in the that "Smoking is not allowed within the property premises." However, much to my dismay, I found the room to smell of smoke and ashtrays were kept in the room. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. No water bottles were not kept in the room. When I asked for water, I was informed to pick up mineral water bottle from the cupboard (without any mention of bottles being chargeable). At the time of checkout, I was made to pay for the water bottles. I was told that small bottles are not chargeable, but they were never kept in the room nor was I informed about it when I checked in. The room lock was not working when I checked in- which means anyone can barge in your room when you are away for some work. This place is indeed a fraud. Definitely not worth staying here!
