Disappointing Experience From MMT and Fab Together

After paying complete amount and upon confirmation from Make My Trip, we reached the property where we were informed that it's completely occupied and that our booking is cancelled. Horrible experience. The replacement hotel which they provided was cheaper in cost as well as quality and MMT did not even provide the refund for differential amount. Highly disappointed.

I have booked 150 sq.ft. room but after reaching hotel they insisted me to take 70-80 sq.ft. small room for being single person. I after lot of debate they gave me top floor room with sufficient space but with poor cleanliness. Commode and basin were not aligned properly. No complimentary water bottle and soap provided. Poor Room and Facility Conditions

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities provided. The washroom was very dirty, the exhaust fan was not working, and there were no basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo. There was also no toilet paper, and the commode was in a very unhygienic state. Additionally, the washroom door was broken and could not be locked. The room itself was not properly cleaned. Bedsheets and towels were not changed in a timely manner. There was no extension phone to contact the reception, which was very inconvenient. Furthermore, there was no kitchen available in the hotel, and breakfast was brought from outside. Overall, this place felt more like a guest house than a proper hotel. I hope appropriate action is taken to improve the quality of services provided.
