As mentioned in the booking,I was given a complimentary two hours late check out from the standard check out time but the hotel receptionist didn’t allow me for it and was asking for extra money.

Good, but need little more upgradation especially in bathroom.

The location and rooms were good. The exterior felt odd, maybe because of the ongoing metro construction work. The bathroom and the bathroom facilities were old, needs good renovation. Not exhaust fan, which made the bathroom really manageable.

The room is large/ Air conditioner was working/ Furniture was good. Bedding and Towels were clean. However no kits are bing delivered and room/bathroom are full of dust and not maintained since years. Hotel owner should take care of property.

Rooms are average and a bit stink with frequent powercuts and glad that there is a generator backup. No breakfast available and i booked with breakfast option. Bottled water was provided upon my request and there is only one 3 pin plug which was connected to tv and i have to let tv off to charge my laptop

I booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip including breakfast but to my surprise there is no provision for breakfast in this property & they don’t provide the basic amenities like mineral water bottle, dental kit etc, when I showed them the invoice of including breakfast they clearly told me that they don’t have any tie up with MakeMyTrip instead with FabHotel so the aren’t bound for the commitments made by MakeMyTrip to you. Feeling cheated ☹️

I had a terrible experience at this property. Despite my booking, they were initially not ready to provide me a room. After a lot of requests, they finally gave me one, but I had to check out at 6 AM, much earlier than expected. Breakfast was included in my package, but they outright denied it. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the service was very poor, and the entire experience was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
