No food, room is good but property is not managed properly.Its a lodge and not a hotel.

very bad 😞 their services were not perfect even they didnt provide us proper clean bed , washroom etc . Cockroaches and mosquitos were flying all the time.

The stay in the hotel was very painful. My room booking included breakfast, but I was told that you will not get breakfast for more than ₹50. If you want something extra, you will have to pay for it, which I did. Only the location is good, but the stay of the hotel was average. The fan was making a lot of noise.There is no kitchen available inside the hotel. Whatever you want to food order now will be brought to you from outside or you can order from outside yourself.

My experience with this Hotel is awesome👍👍👍👍. Very good service. Clean rooms. Room service to front and back office ppl all are very friendly. Very tasty food.

Was apleasent stay.. room was average but with that price it was ok.... location wise good service was just ok. U can go on with a day

The property is good with decent rooms but with no food. Everything has to be bought from outside. Only breakfast i.e. puri sabji/alu paratha will be served if we opt it during booking of the room through mmt. Other items for breakfast is not available. Hotel staff are cooperative. Other than the food everything else s good.

worst experience, it was like a prison than a hotel. no food facilities. they bring food from roadside stalls in pathetic condition. geyser not working. hygiene is a big issue. cockroach roaming more freely in the room than me. parking not possible.

It was a horrible experience staying at this hotel, the bed mattress was uncomfortable. As a BlackMMT member, I was suppose to get a upgrade in the meal & room as promised in the booking but none of these things were offered, they served only one aloo paratha & one tea as complimentary breakfast and when I ask for one more paratha they told me that you have to pay extra.

Hotel is small one , but renovated recently. No restaurant is available. Staircase is narrow. Room was big, but bathroom was small. Not couple friendly hotel. Lift was very old and dangerous

I was rather skeptical of the hotel when I read all the negative reviews Ended up I am very pleased with my 10 days stay there. The room was spacious although the sofa had burnt marks but overall the room was clean

Loved their rooms and breakfast near hazra metro station wash rooms was clean. Room size was more than 180sf staff are very helpful politeness mr anup is very helpful and smile

It was not a good experience, i didn't expect fab to be like this, sanitation was below avarage, though staff was humble and good, no basic amenities were there, no landline phone, no water kattle was provided, i think it's very basic.

The room ambiance was poor. The room shares a door with the adjacent room. The sounds from the adjacent room was clearly audible and disturbing the stay.

Everything was good and staffs were very cooperative and humble. Hygiene was maintained. Amenities were proper working and service was also good
