Stay was good but price are high rooms, till 11. 30pm even i have booked the family room only 2 1ltr water bottle provided in room which was sufficient for more than 1 person for same family room balcony provided. The Staff are good & polite over all good.

"Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable. "
