Poor Stay

Room had a faulty flush which was fixed in 30-40mins when we reached inspite of them knowing about it beforehand. No complementary water given. Breakfast was brought from a roadside thela.

If you’re looking for a budget hotel with great service, this is it. Clean rooms and quick check-in process! The location is prime, and the hotel staff is very responsive and helpful. Even though I spent lacs They simply couldn't arrange a resolution when I checked in the hotel at 11 p.m. and checked out the next day due to the poor room condition and huge mismatch between the pictures they have on their websites vs in reality. I have paid for full booking and barely stayed one day. And for last five days all I heard is they are trying to provide me a resolution. Being a platinum member I had received such services.
