“I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip because of its location near Borivali station, but it turned out to be a nightmare stay. The property is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were so many mosquitoes that I couldn’t sleep at all. The AC barely worked, doors couldn’t be locked properly, and the bed sheet and mattress were so uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on wood. No breakfast was provided, and even though I paid for lunch, it was never served. On top of that, the receptionist and room keeper kept disturbing me instead of ensuring comfort. Basic amenities like a shaving kit, soap, and shampoo were not provided, The overall environment felt very unsafe and shady, not suitable for families or solo travelers. I honestly don’t understand how MakeMyTrip has listed such a property. Definitely not recommended.”

Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness standards were far below acceptable, which made the experience uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others. Out of 2 nights , I left the hotel after my first night.

The staff, the room, the service there are all good. I stayed there for the second time and will stay there again.. And it is close to the station and you can get everything. it was nice experience again ☺️ I want to come here again soon.

I had made advance booking but my work got done in 2 days only, so I was going to get my check out done 2 days earlier, for this I talked to MakeMyTrip and they mailed Fab Hotel but Fab Hotel did not even reply
