ABSOLUTELY AVOID: Uninhabitable and Unhygienic

This was a terrible, unacceptable stay and the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I booked this property for its proximity to my work, but it was completely uninhabitable. The room was disgustingly unhygienic. I found an estimated 50+ cockroaches, and they were crawling on the bed itself. When I raised this appalling issue with the staff, the hotel's only "solution" was to suggest I sleep with the lights on. This is not a professional remedy; it's an insult. I had booked for three nights but could only tolerate staying for one night before I was forced to find and pay for a new hotel for the remaining two nights. My strong suggestion: Do NOT consider this hotel even by mistake. I am currently seeking a full resolution and refund for the unused nights from MakeMyTrip.
