I check in on 13 may 12 noon in room no 106, after that the lock of the room broken, i was out side of the and my luggage was inside the room, after that they gave me room 104, the ac of this room not working i spent whole night without ac in summer, there was no cold drinking water, when i asked to the hotel staff to fix this problem they were unable to resolve this problem, and i booked premium room but there was no such category i paid extra for it. The traveller who is going to book this property can face same problems, so i request you to not book such kind of property,
