Our stay at Suitcase Story was truly delightful. We were provided with a clean, comfortable room and a spotless bathroom. The place maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The people there made the experience even more special — they were warm, friendly, and ever willing to help. It’s run by a genuinely kind and welcoming team. We also had the chance to meet travelers from different parts of the world, which added to the charm of our stay. Their breakfast deserves special appreciation — it was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, our stay was a wonderful and memorable experience in every way.

hostel run by a group of people who styas there long term basis and to cover their expnse they offer some bed to outsider- hence not idle for stay. property is not good food quality & time is not good towel, blanket was not given

Absolutely loved my stay at Suitcase Stories! The place has such good vibes — super chill, friendly, and full of amazing people. I ended up making so many new friends here! The management team was always smiling and ready to help with anything, which made the stay even better. It honestly felt like home away from home. staying in hotel are just amazing and you will find the best circle to catch up and it seems like friends group but no one in the place know them before.And the people in the hotel are very good in hospitality

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently stayed at this hostel for 3 days (from the 6th to the 9th of September) and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen the right place. The property itself is stunning – it has a very aesthetic vibe that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. But what truly makes this place special are the people. The host is like a friendly older brother; he is kind, helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The hospitality I received was heartwarming. Furthermore, the group of co-stayers was awesome! We bonded instantly, sharing stories and laughs, which made my trip to Kolkata so much more memorable. Highlights of my stay: Fantastic Property & Cleanliness: The hostel is very well-maintained. The washrooms are very clean, which is always a top priority for me. Thoughtful Amenities: They have a separate smoking area, which is great for keeping the main living spaces fresh and comfortable for everyone. Perfect Location: The location is super convenient with easy access to bus stops on both sides, making it effortless to explore the city. Incredible Value: The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the stay and the amenities provided. The most touching moment came at the end of my trip. When I was leaving, my new friends didn't just say goodbye; they literally took my bags from me and walked with me to the bus stand. That small gesture sums up the family-like atmosphere of this hostel. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you're looking for a clean, beautiful, and friendly place to stay in Kolkata, look no further. I will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!
