Location perfect. Food hygienic and healthy. Amenities every thing as required and the service is excellent

This hotel can not be rated as 3 star. Its a very basic hotel with least amenities. They dont even give you any complimentary water bottle. Toiletries are very chep. Joy soap and clinic plus shampoo. I booked breakfast but after looking at their unhygienic food, i chose not to have breakfast. Health is more important.

The walls are full of moulds, bad smell and problem with sink drainage. The entire hall way smells of cigarettes. So wouldn’t recommend apart from the location.

I needed a room on emergency basis for one night, i had my booking at globe international but miss calculated my day of stay which was fully booked now and had no rooms for 17th. I booked via mmt. Entered ash-ton hotel at 2am with my mother. I had a perfect stay thank you for being there when i needed help.

Manager behavior very rude they are denied room allotment after complain they provide very dirty room. Unsafe

Behavior of staffs are very rude. I have to checkout from the hotel after sometime only and they did-not refund me also. Worst experience.

Perfect Location..You get to stay at the centre of town…Staff is great..Everyone is friendly and ready to help…In house food is good too…Service is really quick..Overall one of the best properties to stay in town…

Neat rooms, good service, good location. But the breakfast services are totally unacceptable. If you include breakfast in your tariff, then also you'll get a few options to choose.

Good for couple stay, well behaved staffs and good hospitality. It is nice environment, no problems in transportation as well.

Don’t book room here the behaviour of hotel staff is horrible. I booked two room. They don’t allow 19 years old. They make own rules on hotel. Don’t accept any government rules.

It was a corporate booking though. The room that was provided to me was very well furnished. Linen was tidy. Food was also good. And the people moreover. Kalighat is nearby. Will recommend.

Location rooms everything was upto the mark this was my second stay at the property as usual it was very good one. The breakfast menu is very limited any water is to be brought from the property or else they provide aqua-guard water on demand

The stay was good and the room was clean. It was at a good location that made our commute to the other part of the city convenient.

Very Poor will never stay with them The Stay from 2nd Oct to 5th Oct 2023 with the hotel was terrible due to the followings 1. Their break fast policy. They have fixed up a rate of Rs 150 per person. The first day they did not charge anything for the breakfast. However on the second day for the same break fast which I took on the first day they charged me giving all kind of explanation that I had exceeded the alloted limit. I had an unnecessary heated argument on the same. They have never mentioned anywhere during the booking that breakfast is limited to Rs 150 and they have neither provided with any breakup of the prices as well. If I knew this I would have never booked with them. 2. Secondly the toilet seat cover was completely broken and they never bothered to replace or repair it. 3. Thirdly the shower in the wash room was not working properly at all and they never bothered to repair it. 4. They initially provided with a faulty remote which they replaced upon my request To conclude I request the owner Mr. Dhanraj Singh to critically into the operation of the hotel so that other guest does not suffer like me. For me I will never ever stay with this hotel.
