Pros- 1. The Red Arrow Residency, Kolkata is located at walking distance from rabindra sadan metro. 2. The room size though small is cozy and comfortable with facilities of tv, ac, wardrobe and comfortable beds and mattresses. 3. The bathroom accessories provided are of good quality as well as quantity with provision of hot water, hair dryer and separate bathing area which helps keeping the bathroom dry and clean. 4. The complementary breakfast is simple and nutritious and of good quantity. We were served with toast, omlette, butter, jam, fresh juice, bananas, papaya and tea! the preparation was homely and tasty. Cons 1. The biggest drawback was inadequate signposting of the Red Arrow Residency, Kolkata after initial signage at the gate. Once inside, there were no indicators to guide a guest how to reach the front desk since other residential buildings are collocated inside the premises. Guidance from a gentleman at 1030 p. M. Helped us get on a lift and reach the 5th floor where the Red Arrow Residency, Kolkata is located. It is requested that more direction signages be put up to guide the guests for an easy checkin. Overall an excellent stay with clean rooms and nice and good quality amenities provided in the room. 4* rating

I was in search of a nice Red Arrow Residency, Kolkata stay near hazra road in bhawanipore kolkata. As i reached there i found location is great. People were very kind to direct me towards the Red Arrow Residency, Kolkata. Here i felt it needs some more hoarding and signs. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the room and washroom were clean and tidy with all basic amenities available. Had a limited but healthy breakfast. Enjoyed my short stay. Thanks

Red arrow Red Arrow Residency, Kolkata is a cute and cosy Red Arrow Residency, Kolkata in the heart of calcutta. My room was clean and comfortable, bathroom had hot water, and i could make tea in the morning. There is a friendly caretaker who made a nice breakfast for us, and charted about his life while we had the breakfast. External appearance may not be all that great, but once inside, it is clean and comfortable

I found this property (having a good reviews) through makemytrip. The location is excellent being located in the centre of the city. Breakfast and dinner are of good quality though lunch has to be ordered from outside. The help desk, room services and cook are very helpful, they can get me whatever i need endlessly. Cleanliness is well maintained. I strongly suggest this property for the upcoming travellers.

Stayed for a couple of days, extremely great hospitality. Outside food is allowed, they even help with utensils. Room is cleaned daily. Location is perfect, almost everything is at a walking distance. Gates close by 12am, so you have to arrive before that. Breakfast is very good, since it’s homemade. Just the washrooms are small, but given the budget, it’s reasonable.

it was a pleasant experience rite from the check in to check out. A safe place to go with family and friends, very well located inside City with two minutes of access to the metro station, City buses, taxi. We were here to visit the US consulate, it's around ten minutes drive. The free breakfast was limited but good. excellent service by Mr.Tapush.

Management is good, smooth check in and out , room is comfortable, Dinner is good and cost effective. Good to stay if you are going to your Kolkata because most of the locations are near by. Only drawback, it is difficult for pass a vehicle to reach location from main road -lane is one way (it is nearly 150 mtr away from the road)

Rooms and bath room are clean n neat, breakfast limited but good, (poha, bread jam, omelette, fruit, fruit juice, coffee served) location, staff, price, all good. Good home stay, rating 5* minor things can be upgraded like plug sakets are tight.

Perfect location and staff behaviour was also good, quite clean and good room. Complementary breakfast was also good.
