Shady activities, bouncers, facade renovation

Property was under facade renovation and had Scafolding on the frontage with labour activities, wasn’t informed. Hotel room was decent but the reception area and restaurant felt unsafe with bouncers watching over questionable men who seemed to be there with female partners and alcohol bottles (although the hotel board read that alcohol from outside was prohibited). Also I was woken up at around 3 am on 2 nights with loud noises in the room corridor with loud men and women seeming to be partying in the hallway and watching videos/ reels on full volume. While I didn’t feel safe to open the door to ask them to stop, no action was taken by the hotel staff as well. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to women and families for sure.

My day was good, but I felt that the employees in the hotel are being very judgemental and the lady at the time of checkout. She was very rude. Even after informing that I have a flight to catch and I am in Little Hari. She took not less than 10 minutes to give me my pending bill. It could have made my experience better. If upon informing, she would have done some action. Rest room was very good very comfortable. Everything was fine. Property was good. Food was amazing. It’s just the people.
