bedsheets, pillows and even the pillow covers were very dirty. when asked for a different pillow covers those were even dirtier and had hair strands of god knows who.

It was good and safe i recently stayed at elgin suites, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure every need was promptly addressed. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit all palates. Then room was gud, staffs were cooperative, location was gud, only there was a problem in toiletry kit which was not given to us. There should be proper kit with soap, shampoo, tooth brush and comb

The place is located in a very prime locality with mall and eateries around. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Safe for family accommodation. The caretaker is helpful and polite. No food is served. You will have to order it from swiggy or zomato. Very neat to subhashchandra bose residence.

Large rooms with excellent location. No food but plenty of restaurants nearby. Big mall. Good lobby with sofa. Toilet accessories to be improved. No complimentary bottled water. Big tv with all entertainment subscriptions. No balcony but just few steps away from road.
