Best Inn By Book Meri Hotel

hotel is nice and good but food choice is very low how can manage, service is so poor and limited,how we can manage is such hotel

I am not satisfied with the house cleaning and hotel location.

Room was so small that even the door cannot open fully, geyser was fitted but not working so no hot water, room and bathroom was smelling like dead animal could not stay in the toilet more than a minute, dirty pillow covers, women hair all around the floor and most importantly my rooms door lock wasn't working after complaining also they didn't do anything and said "these things are natural we don't have control over them, please understand", they have limited menu still they don't allow outside food, electric kettle wasn't there as mentioned,if you are staying for few hours it's good otherwise not recommended at all.

not worth for money I paid. I was not even provided with a dental kit, water and other essentials which we expect

The property is close to nearby key areas like Bhawanipur College etc. Rooms are very small, so not recommended for family. Slightly overpriced considering the room size. Food is undeservingly overpriced. Better eat outside than get looted by them.

The rooms are quite small, with managerial staff and incharge very rude.. the waiters and room service boys are helpful. They charge for the second bottle of water..only one bottle is provided.

Good facilities.Food is little bit on expensive side.

The property was nice, the washrooms were clean, the food is also pretty decent.

Property is good ,location is good ,but need to improve food quality and rate is high as compare to quality.

Everything was good, the lodging and cleanliness was good. Only thing that bothered me was outside food was not allowed, not even outside water and soft drink. Their own food was good but I also wanted to order food from other restaurants just to have a change of taste.

room and location of the property was nice but I noticed that even after being a 3 star property they can't afford to keep 2 bottles of water inside the rooms which are complimentary everywhere according to industry standards. Also their housekeeping departure is way too slow. I asked for Hair dryer and Iron and I was denied that they don't have it and the worst part is I was denied like after an hour of my request. I had to request like 3 times inbetween that! also this policy of outside food not allowed but drinks are is beyond my understanding.

Had a comfortable stay with clean rooms. In-room dining menu is damm costly with less items. Staffs were helpful and well behaved. Location is perfect to access.

Hotel is in good shape, Good rooms, only point of concern is that they don't allow outside food let be anything and No outside drink is allowed by management, which I don't like. their food quality is & quantity is not good as well for 2 people.

Everything was perfect except the fact that I was going to die suffocating in the Balcony

Neat & Clean ambiance. Housekeeping service best. but yes please remove the plastic cover of the mattresses as it disturb sleeps. I don’t know whether it is there in every room. But room number was 101. Ground Floor. Please remove for further stay at your hotels.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The experience was fantastic, and the staff made it even better. Their behavior was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. IT WAS NEW PROPERTY AND GOOD HYGIENE MAINTAINED. AMENITIES WERE ALSO AVAILABLE AS MENTIONED. LOCATION IS GOOD NEARBY MAA KALI TEMPLE

It was a good stay with clean rooms and bathroom. There was space to park a two wheeler. However, the hotel didn’t have a cloak room or any space to keep my luggage for an hour as I had to go somewhere for work. That would have been great.
