It doesn’t match with the photos and the actual the room were drinking. The quality of the line pillows or pathetic, and don’t even talk about the towels. They were literally in a pathetic state.

some reception counter staff are not courteous, quality of linen and cleanliness of toilet are not good, breakfast menu is average, entrance of hotel is not having good ambience

The bedsheet provided has multiple holes, along with the pillow cover, and does not appear to be properly washed. The cupboards in the room are not clean. There are mice roaming around in the restaurant and kitchen area, which raises serious hygiene concerns. I kindly request you to address these issues at the earliest to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic experience. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Hotel radiant was not at all upto the mark. I’ve contacted make my trip customer service desk they’ve helped to proceed for a check-out.

big cockroach 🪳 were there in room, pest control is needed. hot water for bath was an issue in this winter season
