room was ok , with below price we used to get bigger rooms breakfast was below average hardest idli ever had charcoal black sambhar sweet upma with full sugar

Hotel is very good, good quality is very good, rooms are clean, staffs are very well behaved overall quality of stay was excellent.b

The rooms were extremely good and comfortable. The food was tasty, but a bit costly. Services were very prompt. Washrooms were slightly small with issues with the fittings. No toiletries provided as promised!

The hotel lacked good food options, The TV was running on low memory, hence could not play or enjoy.

Service to be improved. On the second day my room was not cleaning

it was an amazing experience very hassle free and the food was amazing just they didn't had any fridge in the junior suite i would request to add one apart from that no other complaint

it was small and simple stay. the taxi service is overpriced, though. The location is a bit far from city centre however the hotel is clean respectively small

It was fabulous. Excellent. The food and stay and the pool view was all good

I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but good enough for a short stay. I ordered paneer do pyaza with two butter naans for dinner. The food was fine, the taste was okay but not something great. Service was decent and on time. Overall, it was an average experience, good for a night halt.

Small rooms.....basic things like toothpaste brush, proper water flow not in the washroom you have to call the room service and ask for things..... refrigerator not there in the room even though the description says that room includes refrigerator.....no windows in the room..... T.V was not working in the room...not a good experience

Very unprofessional staff. Hotel has 1PM-11AM check-in check-out rule, which means they have 2 hours to make the room available for next bookings stay. We waited till 2PM for check-in and even then the basic things like toiletries were not provided. The toilet pot was yellowish and didn’t change after multiple flushing. Tea we ordered was very bad and the welcome drink was way much cheaper. Lift wasn’t working when we had to go on third floor after waiting hours for check-in on the reservation counter. Only thing good about the stay was rooftop restaurant view but the food wasn’t upto mark.

Housekeeping needs to be more efficient. We have to keep calling in for toothbrush and paste. Which should always be kept in the washroom.
