Staff were friendly and professional and catered to our demands. However a certain things were underwhelming considering that it is under the ITC brand. Property was slightly dull and felt abandoned, buffet dinner quality was average without a single chicken starter and the only chicken curry was too bland. It was really a wonderful stay. The location and property were amazing, the staff was very helpful, and the food was also good. The pool was the best part, and overall, we had a great time. However, there were a few issues. We were charged for an extra person but no additional bed was provided. Also, our booking clearly mentioned breakfast and lunch included. We had even called both before and after booking to confirm this, and we were told that lunch was included. But after reaching the property, they denied it and we had to pay extra for lunch. That was quite disappointing and left us with a bad experience despite the otherwise pleasant stay.

Overall staycation was good. Impressed with the friendly staff and their polite behaviour. Specifically the sweet Hostess Anisha in Zodiac and Sushil da in Pool side.Food was amazing. Only one draw back that is maintenance of the property needs to be done. As the growing staycation culture is booming in west Bengal at same price many more visually appealing properties can be found in the surroundings. To shine the ITC tag the property need something more as a USP
