Hardly 10-12 km away from Central Kolkata this resort is a very good option for 1-few days trip away from cuty hustle, but never far away from city. The resort is not too big but comfortable enough. Facilities like spa, parlour, game room are also there. Rooms are very good, clean and well maintained. Food is very good, buffet spread specially mentionable. Swimming pool is big, safe and well maintained. If pool is illuminated with underwater lights and swimming is allowed till 8-9pm then it could become more attractive for customers.

I recently stayed at Fortune Park for one night and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. The room was both clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. However, it did take around half an hour for any order to arrive. Overall, I highly recommend this Fortune Park Panchwati, Kolkata - Member ITC Hotels' Group!

Overall staycation was good. Impressed with the friendly staff and their polite behaviour. Specifically the sweet Hostess Anisha in Zodiac and Sushil da in Pool side.Food was amazing. Only one draw back that is maintenance of the property needs to be done. As the growing staycation culture is booming in west Bengal at same price many more visually appealing properties can be found in the surroundings. To shine the ITC tag the property need something more as a USP

The Fortune Park Panchwati, Kolkata - Member ITC Hotels' Group was conveniently located, not far from the city. The room was exceptionally neat and clean. We were impressed by the wide variety of dishes available, and the food was outstanding. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

its been pleasurable... It could have been memorable. Special shout outs to Ayan at reception and Arindam in Zodiac for acting on their feet and resolve issues promptly. The facility as a whole is still work in progress but they are getting there and its value for money.

comfortable Stay . Food Quality was good . Staff was very cordial We tried Continental which was very good. The morning Breakfast was enjoyable with all type of Food .

Nice stay with family, options for dinner menu was slightly less, can increase in main gravy for veg.

Great stay, the property is really massive and clean. Room selected was deluxe and it was quite good with all amenities. Pool was also really clean. Staff behaviour also a plus. Sayan at reception was really polite.

It was a nice stay. The food was good. Service was prompt. The pool and surroundings need to be managed better. We may come back here again.

It was a nice experience and a garden view with a swimming pool. Room ambience and bathroom cleanliness can be improved.
