It was a wonderful stay. Service was prompt. Though the property is a bit old and many places & amenities are under maintenance. Hope these get fixed asap. Kids gonna enjoy. Could have brighten up the pool area in evening. A bit gloomy. Staffs are courteous. However the spread at Dinner could be increased. No non-veg starter or choices of soups. Prawns, Muttons missing from food counters.

Staff were friendly and professional and catered to our demands. However a certain things were underwhelming considering that it is under the ITC brand. Property was slightly dull and felt abandoned, buffet dinner quality was average without a single chicken starter and the only chicken curry was too bland. A few waiters were uninterested and brought us cold rotis. So overall was stay was average

It was really a wonderful stay. The location and property were amazing, the staff was very helpful, and the food was also good. The pool was the best part, and overall, we had a great time. However, there were a few issues. We were charged for an extra person but no additional bed was provided. Also, our booking clearly mentioned breakfast and lunch included. We had even called both before and after booking to confirm this, and we were told that lunch was included. But after reaching the property, they denied it and we had to pay extra for lunch. That was quite disappointing and left us with a bad experience despite the otherwise pleasant stay.

The stay was really very pleasant. Had a great time. The service was really good, although had to wait for food a bit longer but worth the wait as quality was as expected . Great stay, the property is really massive and clean. Room selected was deluxe and it was quite good with all amenities. Pool was also really clean. Staff behaviour also a plus. Sayan at reception was really polite.
