Food was limited and less variety was there. I have asked to refil the poori and they didn’t. Room amenities was not good

standard rooms are average. walls and tiles are damaged. bad smell at corridors. Room service and restaurant staff is good. suggestion : It's better if they do dinner / Lunch as buffet, this will avoid the wastage of food.

Food was tasty though very costly at their restaurant. Location is also good. However, check in was terrible and the persons at recepttion were arrogant and not at all coopeartive. Services were average and room was also average. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FUTURE TRIPS....

Hotel was best with good ambience and all staff was very polite and cooperative..it was a lovely stay..I would highly recommend this hotel for family stay

location was very accessible on the GT road itself. hospitality was good. checked in at 2AM but the staff was very prompt with my check in escorting me to the room. staff very courteous and helpful. I was also impressed with the hygiene and cleanliness of the room, not huge but roomy enough for a single or even 2 people. lastly the food quality and taste were very good, though a limited choice buffet. I would say a great stay at very affordable prices.

Stays was pleasant. Rooms were newly built with all amenities the staff’s are very polite and helpful. I use to stay here every time i visited Kolkata.

Hotel proximity to malls and nearby shops is excellent.Staffs are polite and well mannered with exceptional hospitality.But the management need to work on their floors which is now in not in good conditions.Rest all good.

Room was neat and clean,basic amenities like water ,tea toothbrush,room sleeper were provided,but the fridge was not working properly...

There is no safety precaution in this hotel ,,, fire burst was there during my stay , I check out and went to another hotel

staff behavior is very very bad & impolite

Worst experience ever! Booked a double bed room ), but they gave us two single beds on the 3rd floor where AC didn’t work, no ceiling fan, and basic amenities were broken. Despite complaining 10+ times, they shifted us to the 5th floor – same issue again! Staff late checkout, but next morning they forced us out by 12 pm. The hotel’s service, maintenance, and staff behavior are pathetic. Not worth the money – avoid at all costs!

My stay here was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the right amenities. The location couldn’t be better, the staff were warm and helpful, and the food was delicious. Truly great value for money – a perfect place to stay in Kolkata. Loved every bit of it!
