Room was neat and clean,basic amenities like water ,tea toothbrush,room sleeper were provided,but the fridge was not working properly...

There is no safety precaution in this hotel ,,, fire burst was there during my stay , I check out and went to another hotel

staff behavior is very very bad & impolite

Worst experience ever! Booked a double bed room ), but they gave us two single beds on the 3rd floor where AC didn’t work, no ceiling fan, and basic amenities were broken. Despite complaining 10+ times, they shifted us to the 5th floor – same issue again! Staff late checkout, but next morning they forced us out by 12 pm. The hotel’s service, maintenance, and staff behavior are pathetic. Not worth the money – avoid at all costs!

My stay here was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the right amenities. The location couldn’t be better, the staff were warm and helpful, and the food was delicious. Truly great value for money – a perfect place to stay in Kolkata. Loved every bit of it!

The property was clean, well furnished and staffs were so friendly. Ambience was also good Food service and quality of foods were excellent

All staffs behave very well , location is good for communication specially airport And food is also tasty but small costly

location is really good however due to construction of flyover too much noise coming to road side rooms. rains has added another disaster. they need to improve quality of bed mattresses which is spoiled as old

My stay is average in the place. Bed was not good as it was broken. The room was decent, room service was not prompt or on time.

Hotel is not clean and so the bed sheets chairs and all food is also average services is also not at par.

Staff was helpful, brakefast was satisfactory, house keeping service was too good.

Room services are fast and good. Reception is not cooperative. I requested late check-out and top floor rooms, but after 1 hour of check out time constantly asking to leave the room and wait in the lobby area and also my room was in 2nd floor when I requested for the top floor. Very poor. property and rooms are looking old.

Prime location and excellent staff and breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located, a short distance from airport. The rooms were fancy and nice looking combined with excellent ambience. The breakfast was delicious with range of flavors from India and around the world. We always come back here and would love to visit soon.
