Refreshing, rejuvenating, ravishing stay at the bawali rajbari. great property, even greater hospitality. very warn n courteous staff

The staff was bad The staff was really bad and they did not really look at me properly. They did not even give any smoking rooms and asked me to step outside and smoke along with that. They were very rude. There was this manager she was very bad, and it's very sad to see that they did not even talk properly to the guest.

The good part: Located far away from the city center in a peaceful and quiet location. The food is very good here. The property is sprawled out. The rooms are big and spacious. It’s a pet friendly hotel and even has its own fur baby - Simba. People are very friendly here. And we got a lot of help from Ashim Khanra. He is fabulous! What can be improved is: MMT Black Platinum offers should be applicable here. The requests placed on the app should be relayed to the hotel team. There should be TVs in room. WiFi can be strengthened. The bathroom window has significant gaps on the side through which pests can come in or worse people can see from the outside. There were no soap bars available in the hotel but upon repeated requests one was provided to us which was mouldy on the inside, so we discarded it. Women spa therapist should be available daily. I missed out the spa because of non availability of a lady therapist.

Excellent place to visit. The food was awesome and the legacy of the place is even greater.

The property and as well as the staff behavior is great. Along with their services. However dinner was not upto mark. Else everything was good. Location was bit inside and the roads are not well.

The staff there is attentive and very welcoming. I had a wonderful time. The food was also good. Guest relations, Subhajit was very attentive. I also loved how they are upholding the true blue cozy Bengali traditions. Although it has been a venue for celebrity weddings etc. the staff remains humbled and don’t look down if you are not one! That was a pleasant surprise.

There was royalty which we had experienced in this old rajbari. The room was large as well with vintage furniture. The services were very good. It has swimming pool , garden and vegetation spread over a very large area. The food was good and the restaurant had five cuisines. The evening cultural show were very nice too and in open.

Bawali Rajbari has exceeded my expectations to be honest. Having been travelling across India in various resorts, I can admit this experience is worth what I paid for. Google map will guide you to the right location, no surprises there. Ample parking facilities. Staffs are courteous, food although a tad expensive but absolutely delectable. But the services it’s has provided has really impressed me. My recommendation for a quick weekend trip or a destination wedding, Bawali Rajbari gets a thumbs up from me.

Whether lounging in the courtyards, exploring the heritage corridors, or simply soaking in the views, we felt completely refreshed.

The Zamindari Suite was spacious and comfortable. The food was particularly delicious and a must try one. The Mantra Healing Spa was also a great experience.

it was a very pleasant experience. The room was neat & clean, the linens were so soft. Food was good & breakfast experience was very nice.

The property has an old world ambience but the recreational facilities for the tourists are limited. There is nothing much to do in the evenings than taking a walk down the vintage balconies. Cultural programmes and guided tour of this heritage property would have been appreciated.

A pleasant stay. Good food a little pricey. Very good hospitality by stay . wheel chair availability which helped a lot. Will try and visit again
