Good ambience, nice staff , good food and a comfortable stay !!

The behaviour of the staff is very good. food is always fresh and healthy. The room , bathroom and pool are very clean . Enjoy a lot.

Resort was good but service was very poor and they are very rigid about time I don't suggest to anyone to go with family as they are never listen any request check out time pool maintanence was horrible.

Our weekend stay in the Anushka Garden & Resort, Chunshura was good …. We went their with 2 families with Kids … The journey itself was very refreshing as the road was butter smooth … The Resort has good amenities .. Specially the Swimming Pool is very nice …. The Food was good as well …. The Service was also good …. One of the Cottage provided to us could have been better …. Overall a good experience for overnight stay ….

Food was good.. maintenance was good ..The only problem is that their morning service commencement time is 8.30 AM. Which could be improved

Food and facilities 9/10 , location 10/10. Overall Dil khush kar diya. Last but not the least staff behaviour that was beyond expectations.

we visit on 2:30 ,but they have no lunch process ,and after 5p.m they give service ,they have many rules

Nice staycation place for one night, pool was very well maintained and decent food , very value for money. Only drawback don’t have much activities and side seeing options , so more than one night not recommended

Had a very unpleasant experience at this property. They insisted I take the driver’s accommodation which offered no privacy as conversations from the adjacent room were clearly audible. On top of that, I was informed that the swimming pool could only be used after 12 pm. The only positive was the breakfast, which was good. Overall, if you wish to avoid a disappointing stay, I would strongly suggest not choosing this property.

recently stayed at this resort, booking through MakeMyTrip, and also spoke to friends who visited 6 months ago. My 1-day stay was amazing! The food quantity and quality were excellent, and prices were reasonable. The room was special and clean, although I noticed a cracked glass, broken teapot, and no shampoo was provided. I'd appreciate more attention to these details. The children's park was adequate, and the swimming pool was big and clean. However, I'd recommend extending pool timings to 9 AM to 9 PM, as many visitors prefer evening swims. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A highlight was the temple within the resort premises, which was lovely. Overall, I'd give this resort 8/10. With extended pool timings, I'd have given it 10/10! Best Part is people who have been involved and Food they serve .Accountant cum Manager in charge - Mr.Atanu is been good to handle guest query , request even report is full of people . Chef Mr .Debnath each one of us made our stay memorable .

Location and facilities are excellent!! Its a Pet friendly resort.. excellent swimming pool view.. Property has a big ground … Room service are very good. Only food taste can be better …

It was a nice day. The property is clean and the food is really yummy. However, they have strict timings for food service and other amenities. It is a pet friendly property, so that's an advantage. Overall, it was a pleasant day.

we went Anushka Resort for staycation and it was such a nice experience..first of all a warm welcome must be mentioned..the ambience,food quality is top-notch.. beside this the behaviour of the staff is very cordial..in short ita a refreshing trip for us..we want to revisit this place and will recommend to others to visit.

Pool water is unclean, it itches. Pool timing is horrible. No additional amenities. Food hour really sucks... Dinner served till 9.30 pm only that too on prior order by 7 pm. Cost of stay and cost of food is too high as compared to other better resorts. While a room is meant for 3 adults, the bedsize is queensize, hence you will have to take extra. A mattress on the floor will cost you 970/-!!!. So a cottage at ground floor will cost you 5700/- for a family of 3!!. There is no option to opt out from Complimentary breakfast. You have to pay 300/- per person even if ypu don't eat. Better to avoid. There are much better options

we booked duplex cottage to spend a relaxed weekend with family. we booked looking at the reviews however was totally disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The floors if the room was dirty and dusty. lizards roaming around. The curtains were falling apart from their hooks. we raised the issue as soon as we checked in but no one bothered to look into it. They have strict timelines for everything so much so that they are not ready to accommodate any requests whatsoever. We ordered an evening cup of coffee which took several phone calls and 45 mins to reach and on questioning we got very rude response. Person at the reception and in the kitchen are extremely rude. It is absolutely not worth at the amount of money we paid for. Not recommended

Great location, not too far away from the city for a quick trip. Food is excellent considering its taste, portion and quality. Swimming pool definitely needs a deep cleaning and robust maintenance. Overall, a decent experience.
