Everything is good except room service via call. Breakfast was so delicious and room was also clean.

The property was okay.... But not up to the mark.... And their services & management was way too poor .... Their facilities were also not working properly. But after all these one thing which i loved the most is their food and their workers were good in the pantry ... The food was delicious.

Not at all impressed. Old property, not maintained properly. Wet floor due to water ingress and forced to change the room. Not as per the expectations.

Rooms and food quality are fine. There is no provision of driver's accommodation. We have faced a problem in this respect. Hotel authority is requested to take necessary steps as passengers' safety depends on driver's resting facility. Further, lift facilities needs immediate implementation.

The facilities were average, nothing comparable to star resorts at raichak or kolaghat the food was ok, nothing exceptional, and the service just so so. Plus the food was extremely expensive and sure to burn a hole even in upper middle class pickets. Rooms were more or less comfortable but not maintained. No place to stay for drivers is another disadvantage. Last but not the least, chek in time of 2 pm is most inconvenient.

Stay is good and staff behaviour is also good but food is too expensive but not of that quality and quantity.

Horrible experience with mmt. The customer care service is extremely bad. No help no call backs no assurance. It's better to pay extra and book from the hotel instead of booking through mmt. Agoda is better option compared to mmt

The stay was good. But hospitality was not good enough. Some of the staff are rude and lacks warmth.

The trip was waste of money as the resort was not at all up to the expectations. It was all empty and the hotel staffs were taking way too long to deliver any such small small demands from us. The swimming pool was so much heated and with no lights, so you can’t swim in the night. The restaurant foods were so bad at taste and they were overpriced too. And will never recommend any one to have a stay in country roads. Thank you

Staff is rude and impolite, rates are extravagant, they charge unreasonable fines for useless things, they don’t let you explore the property.

They have very good spacious rooms with picture perfect surroundings.

All fine but food is very very costly.

The property is of picturesque view with space for activities and a beautiful swimming pool room service was excellent and food quality good an outstanding place for weekend outings

The rooms were good but the food is overpriced. Very little space for a resort but overall it wasn't bad.

If you need a place to take a break from the city life, then this place will offer you almost everything you need. It's so near from the kolkata but yet it has a setup which can make you relaxed and rejuvenated. We love the cleanliness and the hygiene of the place as well as the food. The accent videos are ample with playgrounds and swimming pool and kids will love. We hope to visit the place again.
