mainly 3 adults accomodation, only one double bed provided, only one pair sleeper, each things were given for one persons need,free beverages snacks to be needed only tea, coffee and sugar pouches are given

my particular this visit was very disappointing have stayed in this hotel of you Times this time I have when I entered me a room which was not properly clean and ac was not working even AC panel fully damage and non visible. when complaint they said it is the fault of room service team and watch their hand and given me a room new room which has taken half an hour my time. during check out which was very early in the morning and been form that my room has been posted with rupees 35 from mini bar consumption which I have never use but due to emergency I paid the amount it was false ceiling charge on you

location is superb, but the king room was with a building view! that was a great TURN OFF! food was great, amenities were up to the mark but the hoteliers were not friendly and professional at all, they all were very much grumpy and not welcoming, God knows what's the issue these staff are facing at workplace, not a single time I've seen anyone smiling there! it's really weird!Never gonna opt for Monotel again!
