Everything was decent be it the room, location it is near to the salt lake sector 5 metro, but the will charge extra for water and for basic amenities, except this everything was ok

Hotel is good also location is good and staff behaviour is good. One thing i faced problem that telephone of the hotel room is not working

Room is big but it’s more like a homestay. Can’t expect a room like any typical hotel. Caretakers are good and food is also good.

Not worth the price at all rooms with no proper electrical set up and charging points ancient and broken switch boards doors lock broken no proper paints in room just light and ac fitted in a common old 3bhk flats staff behavior is good

The place is beautiful, well maintained but bathroom to be upgraded. Staffs are too polite and very much helpful. They got the mark here for the prompt service and behaviour. Overall a fantastic budget place to stay in.

Even very difficult to find a location. No board displayed. Very old rooms. Almost nil facilities on this cost.

Location of guest house is good as sector 5 metro station n market are closeby(walking distance. Staff are very cooperative but untrained. Fittings in one room needs a lot of repair. Catering was average plus and freshly prepared. Overall good.

Excellent hospitality, fine behaviour as well as very very cooperative guest house staff especially mr. Biplab mandal, the caretaker cum manager, good fooding, cleaned room with essential amenities etc. A good choice for family stay. It will be more appreciable if room and fooding charges can be reduced atleast by 20.

It was a good stay. The location was near to tics gitobitan, the food was good snd the room was clean

Staff behaviour was good. Food was also good. Complementary breakfast menu was not told clearly. However it is found that tea/coffee with complementary breakfast was not complementary. However bed headrest was dirty. Look of bottom portion of wash basin in toilet was ugly. Cupboard shutters were not good and proper. Thanks. Please check that the owner of the property take care of the issues mentioned. Nothing else to share. However don't need any discount.

The room was spacious, neat and clean, bathroom was also so clean. Behaviour of the staffs was so gentle the food was tasty, hygienic, with a fast room service. Overall very good experience.

Stay was ok considering food, hygiene and service. But no shops nearby and communication is a problem.
