The hotel is not design for family stay.. booked for 02 adult and 02 children 17 year and 15 year ..but they provided only extra mattress on floor with additional cost of 1500 plus GST apart from room charges around 5800 , so the total costing me for 01 night stay is around 7500 and we get average facility....very disappointed

Good Experience, but Breakfast Needs Variety

It was a good and comfortable stay. Just one suggestion — kindly update the breakfast menu every alternate day, as we stayed for 5 days and the same menu each morning can feel repetitive during a long stay. Housekeeping and staff behaviour were excellent. Thank you.

The location is perfect for people who want to roam around the city. The staff is amazing from the manager to the uncle and aunty at the door. Special shout out to Mr. Raja for being so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff, the staff at the restaurant are well trained and well spoken.

the wifi didn't work, the flush didn't work, the landline didn't work. the washroom was smelly and to top it all the in house kitchen staff was too rude. I am not staying there again.
