Hotel Emerald

I have stayed in more tha 400 hotels across India but this one was that worst hotel....they will not even clean ur room till 3 days..... no cleaning in premises...running a oyo in name of hotels.

The hotel is not a 3 star hotel as you mentioned. It is less than 1 star. Rooms are not upto the mark, darty, stinky. Breakfast is not good. Unable to sleep at night. Very bad experience.

not worthy. I must say, if you come to Kolkata at same price you may get better options. no city view from window. washroom not well maintained. smelly room

1. The bathroom was dirty 2. Breakfast was not served in the hotel. Instead the hotel staff asked the guests to visit the next hotel located across the street. When we reached there, no staff was present, there was no AC or fan. I had to leave without having my breakfast. Very horrible experience..

Staff is too good. But door condition is not good. And also flush is broken. Inhave problem with tv so they change immediately and response is too good.

As per room cost, Room cleaning not up to mark and dental and shaving kit also not provided. Welcome water bottle also not given, they provide opne water bottel instant of seal pack bottel. Not happy

The bed sheets were very dirty and stained. The plywood on the walls was also broken and dirty. Even the kettle and tea bags were not kept in the room. The soap and shampoo were also of very poor quality. The breakfast was bad and was kept in a store like room, where useless and dirty things were kept. We spent for superdelux room but it was worst that an ordinary room. There were mosquitoes and no repellent was kept.

The hotel was good in respect of location, proximity to market and metro. The room is spacious and clean. However, on the services part The hotel needs to improve. The breakfast provided was of average quality, there no restaurant in the hotel, you have order food from outside and the worst thing they can't even provide boiled water for kid. I asked for it in morning and they were not able to provide it. They provided electric kettle in the evening to boil water.

The service, the infrastructure and the entire experience in short reflects poorly about the hotel. No proper bathrooms and non maintained rooms.

Good location and amenities and services are good and supportive staff are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!
