Being the regular customer of this property , this time their front desk staff misbehaved with me, for unnecessary issues very poor grooming done to front desk staff.

I was first alloted a room which was totaly walled and without even a glassed window. When I refused to checking and told to complain MMT, than a better room with glass packed window was alloted. Hotel housekeeping in lazy. Ice is charged, but they don't have bucket to serve.

Gud but the rooms are non smoking room while booking they shown they give a smoking room and the room vantilation is zero

Pathetic experience and staff behaviour I checked in late and found my room was used there were stains on the bathroom floor and seat Bed and furniture placement was not what it should be and it took them 2 hours to arrange another room

Great Location & Good Service The hotel is in a fantastic location, close ( 6-7 km) to popular tourist attractions, which made exploring the city convenient and fun. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. Room service was good and fairly quick, with staff being polite and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay — just a few small improvements could make it perfect.

The room was pretty spacious with all amenities. Wifi was a bit problematic. The breakfast spread was good. It's a full vegetarian restaurant wherein they don't even serve eggs in the breakfast. Overall a decent stay.

You don't feel like you're staying in hotels. Location is in the middle of city. i book hotel from make my trip otherwise when I call to book a hotel the same room they will charge 5000. If you spend 1000 more or in same amount you will find lot of othe luxury stay in jaipur. S You don't feel like you're staying in hotels.

Perfect Stay as always. This was my 3rd Stay at Cygnett and it was nicee breakfast and lunch is best.

Stay at sarovar was not so good, its an old property and they charge exorbitant prices which doesn’t justify it, washroom is very congested they will give you a bath tub and up above it there is a shower which doesn’t make a sense while taking shower you can break your bones as it is slippery.
