Cygnett Park BL Jaipur

Worth every penny. Cygnett was the most amazing and comfortable stay I have ever experienced ( had experienced other well know expensive stays within jaipur ). The level of privacy and hospitality was the besttt. I would absolutely love to visit again. The room were A class , the washroom were clean and the property was beautiful. I loved it so much that I even cpnsidered to cancel my other booking to extend the stay here.

Good location and supportive staff made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and had enough variety.

Pros - Food tastes decent, staff try to work on the feedback given. cons - location, missing amenities, the room wasn't maintained properly so, i booked a deluxe suite, i expected room at a higher floor, they have 4 floors and i got it on 3rd after requesting, the room was not properly checked and the amenities were missing, i am attaching few pictures which will define the location and condition better, i faced issues on the day of check in which spoiled my mood however, hotel worked on the feedback and provided me with what was missing. they also, allowed me to extend on the checkout day, for 2 hours. but then, i would like to switch my choice for the next time.

food quality is very bad, Service is also of worst quality, room lock is not working, food is not available after 3 pm even if you are staying in hotel

Every thing is nice. Room is spacious neat and clean. Bathroom is very hygienic. Buffet breakfast is very good and delicious. But restaurant is pure veg. Dinner is also nice. we loved to stay here and recommend others too. Thanks for lovely hospitality .

Room was super and breakfast also Super And All the staff was better to talk and proper in Best Road Highway

Bed sheets were dirty, room was not cleaned when we checked in. Room service was slow.

Being the regular customer of this property , this time their front desk staff misbehaved with me, for unnecessary issues very poor grooming done to front desk staff.

I was first alloted a room which was totaly walled and without even a glassed window. When I refused to checking and told to complain MMT, than a better room with glass packed window was alloted. Hotel housekeeping in lazy. Ice is charged, but they don't have bucket to serve.
