Lot of noise of AC chiller and also room AC. Rooms are small but clean. Service was okay. The problem is MakeMyTrip confuses declaring such hotels as 4 star, which may not be correct.

location wise, it is most desirable place.Foid quality has been good but varieties are limited.Roons reasonably good n quiet clean as housekeeping staffs are quite efficient n I was pretty impressed with the behaviour n efficiency of cleaning staff Priyanka.I have mention here that bath room is kept clean but quality of minimum available things like tooth brush etc must be improved.These days, providing a good hand wash for sanitization is a must which was missing.Tiwel rack must be kept at a comfortable height.Amenities ti keep dry clothes were missing which is a must.Staff behaviour n attendance was excellent.

Excellent Stay
I traveled to this hotel from last 8 years. Hotel is well maintained. Gym is good. Breakfast is good. Location is good . On park street area . Walkable to every where. Taxi is always available due to location. Staff is very polite , supportive and professional.

Bad Experience
Only good thing about the hotel was its location and ground staff. It’s not a 4 star property rather a 3 star property with bad toiletries, leaky washrooms, old infrastructure and very rude managerial staff. Don’t book this hotel in the name of Cygnett group as this hotel was earlier Jameson which is now renamed but everything is 3rd class.
