pathetic stay and very very poor response from hotel

My stay was terrible , rooms were dirty , bed sheets and pillows were used by some one . Seepage was on the wall , rooms were stinking badly and washroom was dirty even all the appliances were rusted . No positive response i got . I checked on 12 am in night tried to settle it down by calling hotel . It was 0130 am in the night and next morning o had flight to catch so I stayed with my friend and having no other option to change the hotel . I tried for cancellation, it didn’t worked very very happy with the services .
