The stay was really comfortable...the caretaker was good so was the host...all the kids in the family really enjoyed the terrace swimming pool...the villa had all the amenities required to have a wonderful holiday stay with a family.Must visit to experience a Villa stay.

Room was good, but ac is not working. Door very bad. Bathroom water connection is too slow

Dear Sujit I really feel sorry that we could not meet your expectations. When you visited it was in peak of summer and temperature real feel factor was somewhere around 50 degree c. Definitely your this concerned will be taken care of in future. As far as door is concerned unable to understand your complaint. As far water pressure is concerned someone among you had switched of the pressure pump switch in Kitchen by mistake. Please be informed that we have installed Grundfos pressure pump at our villa, which is supposed to be the best in India.

Horrendous experience. It is designed to rip your money apart. Booked entire villa for (4 days. Then they asked extra charge (1250 per person/day) for each guest visiting. Extra charge (1000/day) for using the kitchen. Then 500 for cleaning. All these when i had booked entire villa. There is nothing nearby no shop nothing. On top of all the money, checking process is just stupid af. If you go with your partner or girlfriend they make u sign a declaration and content of declaration is just filthy. Also, golf feild is only for seeing

We are really sorry for your experience, but here is our reply. It very clearly mentioned that this property is a residential/homestay villa within a resort campus at the outskirts of Kolkata. Shopping complexes are expected outside of campus. However, several retailers are providing the services within no time after placing the order with them. An extra charge of Rs 1000- as Kitchen cum Cleaning charges per day basis and charges for extra guests, then the nos. booked for, are very clearly mentioned in property details and guests have been advised to go thru the same at very beginning of it. Yes since it's a resort cum residential campus and our property is a government authorised/licensed homestay, guests details are verified strictly as per the government advisories, which we do not compromise. As far GOLF is concerned you could have very well enjoyed it after making the payment to concerned authority with your own GOLF Clubs.
