Terrible Stay

The owner is a pathological liar, she first denied me a room I booked on the first floor and instead was given a set on the ground floor much smaller and then when I complained she said there were 6 people living when only 5 people checked in. she asks for extra cleaning charges /1000 for 5th person which was not mentioned I don't think any one would get to stay in the property you guys see in the pics. it's been 9 days since I have raised a complaint but still no resolution. don't get cheated here try AirbBNB

The property is spacious and clean. The beds are big enough to accommodate 5 adults. The kitchen also has all the essential utensils.

Terrible Stay

1- why a room was booked on mm t when the property was not available, i paid for something else and onec i reached the property i was offered a lower segment room. It's an error entirely on part of mm t they sold me a room which was already booked. 2 - why was i charged 700 rs as an amount for 5th person and 300 as cleaning charges when i had already booked the property for 5 adults and 2 infants. ( on mm t booking page nowhere it was mentioned that i have to pay extra.

I am surprised at your heading which says that your stay was terrible. You are the first guest who has given such a review. Firstly there was a link problem between Airbnb and MMT which is why the error of double booking happened. I very clearly told you about that and then offered the other apartment with all SAME amenities and in no way it is a 'lower segment apartment . You readily agreed to stay there. Then why are you complaining now? You should have refused. Regarding the 700- amount for 5th person and 300- for cleaning charges was also communicated to you clearly. You readily agreed to pay. Also you asked for a favour for staying extra hours after checkout time and didn't want to pay the full amount. I allowed you to stay. How come you have not bothered to bring that up? I am really surprised at your behaviour of first agreeing to everything and going and complaining. This is very wrong. If you had a problem you shouldn't have paid and then taken up the matter with MMT

It is in south kolkata, prime location, connectivity is very good, apartment was good, clean and well maintained overall it was a good experience although the price is little bit higher

familyThe location is convenient, in a residential locality. Well organized property with every facility that one needs in a homestay. The host is really quick to respond and resolve any issues. Guests have to cook food for themselves, home delivered food available from close by joints at very reasonable price.
