Very disappointed with the service provided. 1. when we reach the f.o person denied that we have a reservation. After the struggle he found out about the reservation. 2. His behaviour was very rude I don't know why ? 3. He gave us the room with a very strong smell of cigarettes. which was unacceptable. 4.Food was not served due to time was 11:30 . even though it says their services are available until 12 midnight. even though I asked for a tea that also closed. 5. when I entered the room the bedsheet was torn and dirty. 6. The air conditioning was not working.however they manage to fix after we waited till half hour. 7. Television was also not working due to no signal. 8. We checked in late at night around 11:50 pm however I requested to extend a little bit more however they refused and said full charge to be paid . I thought MakeMyTrip is a legitimate sight to book a hotel however my experience was very disappointing. Not recommended 😞

Hotel did not have rooms, so they sent to other property, which was very dirty and no water in taps.

We travelled as a group and we booked thinking the same was a villa as described. But it turned out to be OYO rooms. However the manager managed to make some arrangement of giving us all the rooms together so it was a little relief.
