Terrible Stay
Property manger behaviour was very bad. His staff was also rude like his property manager. Blankets, Pillow covers and bedsheets was not clean . Blankets was smelling and it was not covered. While booking it was not mentioned that 1000 rupees extra you have to pay for cleaning charges . This property is home stay villa so after 7 PM there is no staff if any problems comes then it will be solved only next day morning after 8 AM . Property manager doesn't bot have the proper etiquette to speak to his guest's. When complain was lodged to him he was not in the mood to listen That this is best home stay villa in entire area and best service he is providing and as a guests you have to adjust. Avoid staying in this villa There are lots of home stay villa nearby this property that should be look into. This villa should be blacklisted .

Dear Mr. Kothari, thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your kind address, though I am the property owner, not just the manager. At 65 and now retired, I personally ensure every guest is well attended, so your remarks about improper behavior were truly surprising. I have always valued humility and courtesy, and it is disheartening to have that questioned. The real issue, however, seems not with our services but with differing expectations. Sometimes, guests may assume that payment entitles them to behave inappropriately toward staff, which we cannot condone. We value everyone’s dignity and expect mutual respect in all interactions. Our caretaker’s role is to assist with check-in, explain facilities, and offer emergency help when needed. Regarding your complaints, the linen issue could have been resolved immediately had it been reported to us or to Makemytrip executive, but it seems that was not the case. Also, kitchen and cleaning charges are clearly stated in both the property details and the MakeMyTrip voucher. We always strive for transparency and respectful service for all our guests. Our property is a homestay and not the hotel and has its limitations.
Excellent Stay
The stay was really comfortable...the caretaker was good so was the host...all the kids in the family really enjoyed the terrace swimming pool...the villa had all the amenities required to have a wonderful holiday stay with a family.Must visit to experience a Villa stay.

coupleबोहूत ही अच्छा सुविधा है रूम क्लीन है किचन की पूरी बेबस्था है आपको खाना बनाना हो तो कच्चा सब्जी मंगवा के बना सकते बच्चे काफी एंजॉय करेंगे स्विमिंग पूल की व्यवस्था साफ सुथरा पर बहुत ब्लीच है

Room was good, but ac is not working. Door very bad. Bathroom water connection is too slow

Dear Sujit I really feel sorry that we could not meet your expectations. When you visited it was in peak of summer and temperature real feel factor was somewhere around 50 degree c. Definitely your this concerned will be taken care of in future. As far as door is concerned unable to understand your complaint. As far water pressure is concerned someone among you had switched of the pressure pump switch in Kitchen by mistake. Please be informed that we have installed Grundfos pressure pump at our villa, which is supposed to be the best in India.

groupProperty location was awesome. Calm and cool place. Self cooking facility was most interesting. We cooked our food ourself. Will visit again

Not a place to go unless u hv nowhere else to go.
Horrendous experience. It is designed to rip your money apart. Booked entire villa for (4 days. Then they asked extra charge (1250 per person/day) for each guest visiting. Extra charge (1000/day) for using the kitchen. Then 500 for cleaning. All these when i had booked entire villa. There is nothing nearby no shop nothing. On top of all the money, checking process is just stupid af. If you go with your partner or girlfriend they make u sign a declaration and content of declaration is just filthy. Also, golf feild is only for seeing

We are really sorry for your experience, but here is our reply. It very clearly mentioned that this property is a residential/homestay villa within a resort campus at the outskirts of Kolkata. Shopping complexes are expected outside of campus. However, several retailers are providing the services within no time after placing the order with them. An extra charge of Rs 1000- as Kitchen cum Cleaning charges per day basis and charges for extra guests, then the nos. booked for, are very clearly mentioned in property details and guests have been advised to go thru the same at very beginning of it. Yes since it's a resort cum residential campus and our property is a government authorised/licensed homestay, guests details are verified strictly as per the government advisories, which we do not compromise. As far GOLF is concerned you could have very well enjoyed it after making the payment to concerned authority with your own GOLF Clubs.

A beautiful villa at the centre of the green land
Very calming and peaceful experience. Love the green environment and fresh air. The pool was clean and the entire villa is beautifully. Owner was very helpful from the beginning. I will recommend this place and visit frequently.
