when I went to check-in the hotel denied saying they had stopped taking online booking and informed the 3rd party. after that I was asked to pay for stay saying that the receptionist will ask Make My Trip Area manager to cancel from his end but till date I don't get any email pertaining cancellation of hotel booking and I didn't even get any invoice for stay and I was charged more for stay. during the day of staying I connected with MMT team and they are connecting me back after check out where I have left that place and nothing in hand from my side. and my online booking money is at stake.
