Room was not clean sheets are full of stains , broken wardrobe and the hotel lobby is very congested beds are making cracking sounds. even the receptionist charged extra ₹ 600 for early check-in and have not given the bill for the extra payment but staff was nice and helpful

Food is good and the stuff behaviour is good. Room quality is okay okay. Overall stayable

Fantastic stay! The *staff was warm and attentive*, the *food was delicious* with great variety, and the *location was perfect*—close to attractions yet peaceful. Highly recommended for both business and leisure.

The overall stay was okay, but a few things definitely need improvement. The room was decent — clean and functional — but nothing special. However, some basic amenities were missing, which brought down the experience. There were no towels or dental kits provided in the room, which are usually standard in most hotels. I had to call housekeeping for these, and the response was slow. The staff was polite but could be a bit more attentive to guest needs. With a little more focus on the details and better room preparation, the hotel could offer a much more comfortable stay. Would consider returning if these issues are addressed.

Located just approx 15minutes from the airport, it's an ideal choice for transit travelers or short visits. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The hotel also offers a wide range of food options, including Indian, Chinese, and Tandoori dishes—all delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely stay here again on future trips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality accommodation near Kolkata Airport!

Food qualities not good and don't have milk tea sugar free and the hotel not allowed outside food and don't have good restaurant sitting arrangement in restaurant don't have North Indian food don't have good quality of mineral water like Bisleri , bathroom is very small and room is also so small don't have good lobby and other services reception is not friendly

What a uncomfortable entry in hotel room. Cigarette smoking smell welcome us. It was unexpected experience to us. Room's were not up to date, bathroom door. Sitkani. Was about to torn. Room service. Good food. Good location. Good

The guys at the reception are not at all welcoming. The room smelled of cigarettes. The bed sheet was very dirty. My legs were itching after sleeping there. The walls were damp and bath fittings were broken. The ac remote didn’t work. Not a good experience. They demanded extra money for 30 mins late check out.
