I booked the room with complimentary breakfast, but hotel denied that. Also the air conditioning was not working in room provided and they took a lot of time and follow ups to change the room. Overall a bad experience for us.

have displayed this property as ‘New property’, but when I checked in, it was a very old one. Plus this is not a hotel but it’s like a lodge. I had booked for 3 nights, but stayed only for 1 night. The pictures uploaded were very old. So next time please mention correct details and upload latest photographs.

soloThe room 401 of my stay wasn't the same as described. It was not the "deluxe" one as per the description. The pillows were thin and the mattress was too hard to sleep. Had a backache due to this. Low or below average rating for the cleanliness or housekeeping services. Only food was good and was quickly served. The location in the google map was totally wrong due to which i had to walk for 20 minutes to reach this hotel at late night hours after leaving my cab. The geyser didn't function well for bathing.
