horrible experience
there was no prior information about our booking, no proper light in room, no restaurant or food arrangements. we couldn't stay there a moment. They had no any sympathy to us. we are very upset. I don't know how they are linked with this reputated travel agency.

Pretty much average place. The place is completely Isolated and not well marked which makes it difficult to arrive.

No power, no water during long power cuts
Immediately after the check in power cut took place, no ups/inverter(1st time I have seen any hotel without power back). I felt unsafe with family in the place. I waited for long but couldn't even take a bath as the geyser was not working. I had to book another property and leave the place. My fault as I booked a non refundable property . I don't understand how recommends such low graded properties. I am a regular user of biz app but really disappointed regarding enlistment of such a property. Total wastage of money.
