Review Of SPOT ON Silver Green

I was very disappointed by your staff n cleeaness there was no rules n regulations one staff knocked my door and offerd to me for tea problem is that I didn't order them and second was that they didn't provide water bottle which was very urgent for any one and bed sheet was very dirty all over I didn't like anymore

as I have booked through to make my trip. whatever payment I had paid for in my arrival they asked me for extra money for reaching early. which is no use because I had already mentioned during my booking that we'll be reaching early. then I had to cancel and find another hotel.

G m sir stay room is very bad condition. No tv, no table no any mobile charging stand. In room so that very bad hotel.

The room was very much dirty, full of ants and spiders on the windows, black spots on the walls. No mirror in the room, locks were not working of bathroom.

I have already paid While reaching in the hotel the staff had asked to pay again by cash

Manager attitude not good food quality very bad room is darty but housekeeping is good

After completion of full payment through mm t they are asking 100 rs. During checkin time. Don't know why. When i have asked for the reason of extra 100 rs. From my side total bills are completed but in their application 100 rs is still yet to pay. When i have asked for the bill of extra 100 rs they refused to give it to me. Food was below average. Rooms are very dirty. No phone or laptop charger point available near the bed.

Hotel room are very bad quality. Bathroom flash are not working

The room was decent, but smells were coming from the blanket. Overall it was good.

It's wrist service in this hotel. Firstly he taken 100re extra money for me then see room it's totally s meal not open many days. This hotel room not clean also not clean bedsheet also it's full of small and bad situation

After reached at hotel at 23. 55 night, hotel charged additional amount up to 700 rs of total payment, although i booked the hotel at rs for 1nyt. They told they can't provide the hotel in this price range. Even they told if provide the room in this amount you can go now and we don't have time. I really surprised at 23. 55 after arrived at holt they behave like this and it is listed as a good hotel. To much disappointed and i pay additional 200 with request and they prove the room.

They charged extra for the hotel room while we paid. you will have to pay extra only then you will get the room

Silver green hotel is a good hotel but staff is not good. They want extra charge for me, without charge they are not allowing. Second thing is my friend purch got stole in hotel and we are sure staff are doing this. Thank you make my trip.

When i reached at this property, they asked for extra 300 Rupees charge to stay their with this booking. They argued and told me to contact ,if i not pay extra amount they will not allow me to stay. worst experience ever. I went at late night and i have to pay the extra amount. i was helpless. Room was also not cleaned enough. very poor maintenance. please avoid this property.
