Nice experience. Amenities were good. rooms are bit small. Food facility not available. Overall experience good

My overall stay is good, location wise it's easily accessible & can be reached without any fuss, it's is in a society which is very quiet. Room was clean, service was also good & behaviour of staff were nice.

there was no food facilities no water in the bathroom at night time. television setup wrong side of the wall. AC was not working properly. but room was neet and clean.

No water no service worst services ever I seen . I suggest anyone not going this hotel

We booked La Cresta Inn for 5 nights and paid the full amount in advance. What we got in return was beyond disappointing. To start with, the room entrance was extremely narrow, and the rooms themselves were tiny and suffocating. The layout made it feel like one big hall had been clumsily partitioned into rooms, with a reception desk awkwardly attached on the same floor. It didn’t feel like a hotel .At the reception, there were no staff, no bell, and no way to get anyone’s attention. We had to stand around for 15 minutes hoping someone would show up. Even when they did, the staff seemed disinterested and completely unbothered, as if guests were a distraction from their day. No warm welcome, no help, no communication. There was no drinking water, no restaurant, and no hospitality of any kind. For a hotel that’s advertised as “great for families” and “value for money,” it was shockingly underwhelming and poorly managed.We couldn’t imagine staying even one night, so we checked out within 2 hours and shifted to a better, more professionally-run hotel.Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for basic comfort, service, or even common courtesy.

Room was very small, washroom was also too small. Water bottles were not included in stay which i didn’t knew. Blanket seemed used. So overall i wouldn’t prefer to stay here again.

Very affordable hotel situated in a prime location and close to major hospitals. There is a good restaurant adjacent to the building. Room service is abysmal and there should be more staff. But at such a low price it is value for money

Hotel took rs. 500 extra, no drinking water

Room was much smaller than we expected in this price rs. 1200, barely any place to move around for 2 people, bathroom was so small. Bed is not fit for 2 people. Tv was functional as was the geyser. Baggage cabinet was there, but no place to hook our used dresses. Blanket was provided but we used our own, as was the towels. Only roadside parking on your own risk. They serve food also.

The room was too small, the entry gate was from sideway. The rooms were directly in front of reception desk (hardly at a distance of two steps. They did not provide even the basic things such as water bottle. You could listen people talking at reception, even if they talked slowly. There was no service staff. There was no landline no. One could call to. They also forced to leave the hotel room by 10:00 am. Pathetic stay. Never go.

The worst experience i had in my entire life so far. A nightmare, room even-though super deluxe, no space to move, loaded with mosquitos, couldn't sleep, destroyed my stay and spoiled my important interview. Also there was 24 hour free auto drum play attached to the ceiling perfectly tuned to the mosquito humming. The only thing i found interesting was the work culture of the security staff and room boys, ready to offer any help, appreciate that, probably they are in the wrong place a total mess and at the end i was drained out of money and blood.

The staff are quite cooperative. Rooms are maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Location also easy to found
