Review Of Shivangan Hotel

This was the worst experience I had ever faced staying in a hotel. This hotel and their staffs should be wiped out from the city.I stayed in many hotels across the city but the experience i gained from this hotel was my worst nightmare. The staffs and the manager was too rude and callas. Room was like a ghost room and every amenities were not in working condition as well as the hotel.

The location of the property is perfect, the rooms are great too. And obviously the food, I loved it. Nice stay and a absolute pleasure to stay on this property. The staff is friendly and provide all the amenities.

the services rendered to me was great. had a great experience in shivangan hotel. staffs of shivangan hotel were were cooperative, well mannered and were of welcoming nature. overall , it was an above average experience. 👍🏻. done.. i don't have any

There is no proper kitchen. No good towels no good bed sheets and absolutely no feeling of a proper hotel at all. Don't have any images to show

It was nice and accommodation is good. Locatipn of the hotel is good to do any business meet and staff are also very cordius.

It was a good experience. The staff were well behaved and co-operative. Overall it was a pleasing and satisfying experience.

Staff-good except the Manager (i.e. d in-charge of Reception area).He was high-headed & arrogant. He was very rude in his behavior Deluxe AC room which we had booked was like a match-box. Bathroom-Toilet was small and has a micro-wash basin. AC was old window AC with water dripping inside d room. No Hangers for clothes, no provision to hang clothes in bathroom also. Breakfast is with limited menu. But food was good. Coffee was pathetic. Tea was okay. We asked the Room Service to clear the dustbin at night but they said it is not possible till morning. Airport transport was punctual & good- it was a Sumo Tata.200Rs for Airport drop. It was punctual even at morning 4am.

Great place for a budget business traveler. Clean, neat, well organized, no frills and prompt service. A pleasantly surprising experience

Excellent service and good value for money.

Entry to hotel is vey poor. No staircase, only one old style lift, which is dangerous to travel. The security guard at the entry on ground floor is nonsense. He don't know how to behave with guest of a hotel. He just abuses in local language that i dont know.

The hotel is in the prime location, but the entrance is pathetic. The lift is age old and can accommodate only 4 persons (max). They serve food in the room but serving foods using gloves (which is hygienic) was not seen. These people donÂ’t understand the value of time and fail to keep commitments. As far as the hotel standard is concerned with the services, the price for every item in the food list is abnormally high.

The people are friendly and helpful. Food is good and the hotel staff is ready to customise it to the needs of the customer. Peaceful and safe environment in a very close proximity from the airport.

Well, I think it was good and of course secured too. One can stay there without any hesitation.

Overall the hotel is good, very well located on VIP Road 10 minute from the airport. The boards and the building is old but from inside it is good, all common areas are air conditioned. Room was of good size, air-conditioner was working fine but doesn't have a small refrigerator in the room. The hotel doesn't serve any welcome drink etc. Regular water is free, but the mineral water is charged. Washroom was fairly clean and had good fitting without any bathtub. The staff were very helpful and willing to accommodate our request.

This is very good hotel for transit purpose. Service is very good. Food is also good as compare to its price. Hotel boys are very helpful.

The location of the hotel isn't good since its too noisy.
