I am travelling from Bangalore that flight was delayed 2 hours at mid night. But the staffs are very polite and helpful. Very good

Poor Stay
The hotel has no kitchen. They bring food from outside and supply. When i ordered, they give very stale food, which i refuse to take. Hotel staff are not at all cooperative.

Unpleasant
The experience was unpleasant due to poor quality staff. I reached late at 3am due to delayed flight and I was welcomed by a drunk staff who made me felt guilty for disturbing his sleep. The room AC was kept off at reception level and I slept without it last night. To call at reception Lan phone was also not working at night. Entrance gate closed by 10:30pm and I was made standing outside due to staff went for dinner. The shower doesn’t work. Fill water in the bucket and bath. Simple

pathetic stay
coupleNo water in bathroom. They did not change the drinking water also. Since we we were in hurry we ordered food which is below average and they didn’t even offer us spoons

No access to hotel. You have to park car on main road. Room was messy. Lenin was very dirty and a lot of grease

Excellent Stay
Very nice and helpful staff. Superb service. They make you feel like home. I can recommend this hotel for a transit stay to catch early morning flight to the airport. Airport is pretty close from here.

The hotel is worst. No blanket and towel is given. Even water is not running properly. Geyser is not running properly.

Please improve house keeping
Bed sheets are not change. It's very dirty. The dustbin was full. Bathroom was sting. For a deluxe room was too con-jested
