Review Of SPOT ON The Orchid Residency

Rooms are totally different than shown in photos. No toiletries provided, no kettle. Bed and pillow stinks. The bed sheet, pillow covers and towel, had stains on them and the sink too. The room walls were very dirty. It looked like they were painted ages ago. The top ceiling had spider webs. No chair, work station provided. The Almirah door was broken. Worst experience ever. If I didn't have a hectic schedule, I would have cancelled it for sure.

Hotel room quality very poor, Door lock not working, TV not working, Bathroom very dirty and door lock broken. Water is payable, which is mentioned complimentary. At least not a single chair was there for sitting in room. Bedcover and pillow cover was dirty with a bad smell. Hotel weather was not good, whole night some co-guest noising and play music box loudly, no disciplinary action taken from the hotel. Ceiling fan not working properly and many more. I think not only disturb from Hotel end also from my booking platform "make my trip",maybe they do not survey the hotel physically recently. This stay was very horrible for me😢 Bug also showing in bed Staff behaviour was moderate
